Vosstech Services Limited is committed to nurturing and sustaining the highest standard of health, Safety and Environment within all its work sites and operations.These objectives shall be accomplished by Vosstech Limited guaranteeing:

• Safe working procedure through evaluation of all possible risks arising from the company’s operations and thereafter implements preventive measures identified to reduce and control the risks.
• A maintenance culture that will ensure equipments, tools and machines are in good condition.
• A safe working place having safety equipment according to international standard.
• Proper assessment of all contingency situations.
• Professional competence of all personnel through an adequate training.
• A proper reporting system.
• Appropriate medical facilities in all work sites.
• Adequate technical, economical and human resources.
• Development and maintenance of cordial relationship with our host communities.

Vosstech Limited line management remains responsible for the direct implementation of the above policy and all Company’ employees shall contribute to maintain the highest possible standards of Health, safety and Environment. The above policy will be reviewed intermittently to ensure it remains relevant to the company’s future operations.

• Vosstech Services Limited will ensure strict adherence to and observance of company’s safety rules and regulations.
• Provide all necessary safety mechanisms, personal protective equipment (P.P.E)s e.g. safety shoes, hard hats, coveralls, welding masks, hand gloves, aprons, life jackets, goggles, safety harness etc.
• Similarly, it takes great pains to make all employees recognize the need for self discipline, prevents theft, or losses to the company, avoid injury to themselves and others, and also ensure there is no damage to environment. CASHES is a line management responsibility. In other word, everybody is responsible for CASHES. Therefore, instituted audits, regular and periodic inspection of vehicles, equipment and other programs as a continuous process for identifying and eliminating hazards that are unsafe practices at the work place.
• As incentive, parties and/or cash records are made from time to time for man-hours worked without lost time injury (LTI).

Vosstech Services Limited believes that adequate protection of environment is an integral part of our business, therefore:
• Every effort is made to eliminate any adverse impact on the environment in which we operate. Hence, the emphasis is laid on environment friendly products.
• Adequate emergency provisions are made to clean up pollution if any and whenever they occur.
• Every company activity is planned and carried out in strict compliance with this policy.
• We ensure a healthy working environment through maintaining a good relationship with all our host communities and resolve to dialogue where misunderstanding exists.
