A Civil Engineer, and Registered member of The Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, (COREN). As well as member of The Nigeria Association of Technologist in Engineering, has more than 19 years experience in the construction industry.

Over these years he has manned various positions ranging from Design Engineer, Site Engineer, Project Engineer, to Project Management Assistant, being involved in the design and construction of Buildings, Roads, Bridges, and Drainages worth above NGN 40 Billion. He has also played a key role in the Free Trade Zone – OKLNG Project in Ondo & Ogun States. He is currently the managing director of Servasi Integrated Limited.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate with over 19 years experience from some of the largest oil and gas service companies. He has acquired extensive training and experience in oil and gas operations in oil and gas Well Testing operations to acquire planning data for clients. He also has extensive international experience supervising and managing several oil and gas projects and business in the Middle East.

Shem has strong leadership and operations management skills as well as extensive knowledge and trainings in oil and gas training operations. Shem also has a Certificate in Management and Leadership from London School of Business and Finance and an MBA from University of Liverpool.

A Civil Engineer with over 21 years experience in the construction industry and over these years, has manned various positions ranging from Design Engineer, Site Engineer, Project Engineer, to Project manager/developer, having being involved in the design and construction of Plants (Nigeria Gas Company Power plant Geregu Kogi State), Hydraulic structures on-shore, cum Building (Auditoriums, Church Complex, (National Ecumenical Centre Abuja), Hotels, Commercial, Industrial, Residential, etc), Ramps, and Drainages. Currently he is the project director of Vosstech Services Limited (Port-Harcourt)..

A Mechanical Engineer by profession. His breadth of experience cuts across mechanical/metal work, reservoir engineering services, oilfield data storage and management services. He has more than 18 years in the oil and gas sector. Over these years he has played instrumental roles in Onshore and Offshore Well Test Projects across Africa, United Kingdom and Middle East.

He has worked with IDSL (A subsidiary of NNPC), Schlumberger Oilfield services company, Halliburton Energy Services and several other Oil and Gas companies across the globe. He is a proficient specialist in Well head Maintenance, Equipment Design Layout, Condition Monitoring, Trouble-Shooting of Well Test Equipment and Junior Staff Training. Moreover, he has acquired several technical, managerial and safety skills across the globe. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom.
